FAQ

Before you book

I'm not technical. Can I still update the site?: Yes. At setup we install the AI assistant on one of your computers and walk you through it remotely. After that, tell the AI what to change, or edit directly in the admin.
Do I pay extra for the AI?: Yes. The AI assistant is Claude Code or Codex on your computer, using your own Claude or OpenAI (ChatGPT) account and subscription, paid by you directly. It is not part of the setup or hosting fee.
Can the AI break my site?: The AI cannot delete anything or change the layout. For articles, listings, and similar content, you can have it save a draft and send you the preview link, then tell it to publish once you approve. Every change is marked as yours or the AI's, and earlier versions can be restored in the admin.
How long until launch?: Work starts the next California business day after payment, and you get a full preview within 5 California business days of the start (paused while materials are missing). Once you approve the preview, pay for hosting, and update your domain settings, the site goes live in 1–2 business days.
Can you guarantee a top ranking on Google or in AI search?: No one can guarantee rankings. We build clean page structure and complete search details so Google and AI tools can read your site.
Does it sync listings from MLS or IDX?: No. Listings are entered in the admin, and at setup we enter up to 10 active listings for you.
Is the site in both English and Chinese?: Yes. English and Simplified Chinese are two versions of one site, managed in one admin.
