What the Setup Fee includes

This page states plainly what the one-time Setup Fee delivers. The amount is as shown on the Stripe checkout page we send you — please pay only through that link. If the Chinese and English versions differ, English controls.

These purchases are also governed by our Services Terms at /legal/services-terms.

What is listed on this page is the full scope of the Setup Fee. Anything not stated on this page is not included.

What this payment is

A one-time fee to set up one standardized bilingual (Chinese and English) real-estate-agent website on the default template already demonstrated to you. A standard product — not custom design or custom development.

Hosting is a separate product, billed monthly after the preview is accepted (currently expected at USD 49 per month; that product’s checkout page controls). This page covers the Setup Fee only.

The Setup Fee is generally non-refundable once paid; refunds are governed by our Services Terms.

One bilingual site, on a fixed structure

Every page in Chinese and in English, on the demonstrated template. The structure below is fixed. Optional sections are switched on or off once before work starts, as you instruct; a section with no content may be turned off.

The Privacy Policy and Terms pages carry generic placeholder text for your review at the preview; the final legal-page content on your site is your responsibility.

Your materials, personalized
Already have a site? We move over whatever maps to the sections above. Starting fresh? We use the materials you send before work starts, plus professional facts already on your public pages. Imported content is as you confirm it at the preview. Materials sent after work starts are yours to add after acceptance.
Bilingual translation
Send your materials in one language; we deliver both Chinese and English. You review the translation at the preview.
Starter content, drafted
Two blog posts and two neighborhood pages, each in both languages, drafted by us from your public professional information and the materials you send. You review each at the preview; nothing goes public before your confirmation.
Success stories
When you provide or authorize success-story materials, we draft two stories in both languages. You review them at the preview; nothing goes public before your confirmation.
Active listings
We enter up to ten active listings — text may come from public sources, photos only from your site or files you authorize. Beyond ten, you add more yourself after launch.
Public reviews
We enter up to ten of your already-public reviews, taken from your current site first if you have one, placed within the page structure above.

Inquiries and the admin are yours

Inquiry form
Inquiries land in your admin and are emailed to you. They are yours.
One admin login
One administrator login on your site. Change it after we hand it over. After launch you change text, swap photos, and add listings yourself.
Baseline search setup
Every page ships with its title, description, and share text filled in — the template’s baseline SEO fields. No ranking is promised.
Traffic data
Per-page visit numbers, right in the admin.

Domain and launch

Your domain, connected
We connect one domain you already own, or help you register a new one — you pay the registrar, and the domain is registered in your name.
The launch itself
After the preview, we send the nameserver values in writing. Once the preview is accepted, the first hosting payment has cleared, and you have changed the nameservers, we point the domain within one to two California business days. Changing nameservers can affect email on the same domain, so we act only after your written confirmation.

The AI management skill: one install, one walkthrough

One install
We install the website-management Skill once, on one computer you specify and already use. After that, changing copy, photos, or posts takes one sentence.
One walkthrough
One remote briefing after installation, to run through everyday use.
Your model account
Claude / Codex (or other model) accounts and subscriptions are yours. Prefer not to use AI? The admin works on its own.

When work starts, and what “done” means

Start
Work starts the next California business day after the Setup Fee clears. Please have your materials in before then.

Complete preview
Within five California business days of start: every section that should be on is reachable, and the drafted starter content, listings, reviews, inquiry email, admin login, and legal-page placeholders are in place. The clock pauses while materials or confirmations we requested are outstanding.

Acceptance
From the day the preview lands in your checkout email, you have five California business days to send one written list of anything that does not match this page; we fix those at no charge. After that window, the preview is deemed accepted.
04
Skill and walkthrough
Given access to your computer, we finish the install and the walkthrough within five California business days after the preview.

Launch
One to two California business days after acceptance, cleared hosting payment, and nameserver change are all in place. If hosting is still unpaid thirty days after the preview, the preview may be closed; setup remains complete and the Setup Fee is not refunded.
