How it works with Setup
Two products
Setup is the one-time build on our template. Monthly hosting only keeps that site reachable. Paying for hosting does not transfer the admin, the template, or the source.
Your content stays usable
While hosting is active, the text, photos, and listings you entered stay usable. That is your content — it is not a sale of the admin.
Not generic hosting
Not Hosting Basic, Basic Plus, Pro, or Pro Plus, and not a Database plan. It comes with the realtor website; it is not sold from the Hosting menu.
Best for
Independent agents
You use this standard bilingual realtor website and do not want to run hosting yourself.
Small teams
After Setup, this site needs to stay reachable, and you do not want to run the server.
This product only
You do not need a generic Basic / Pro plan, and you are not buying Database separately.
