What is listed on this page is the full scope of this monthly hosting product. Anything not stated on this page is not included.

What this payment is

This is Realtor standard monthly hosting: we host the bilingual realtor website we set up for you. It is not the Hosting Basic, Basic Plus, Pro, or Pro Plus plans on this site, and it is not a Database plan.

Setup is a separate one-time product. See what the Setup Fee includes. This page covers monthly hosting only.

The amount, billing interval, first charge, and any trial are as shown at checkout. Currently expected at USD 49 per month.

Domain registration and renewal are another product (currently expected at USD 15 per year). The domain is registered in your name.

When it starts

  • Checkout trial

    If checkout shows a trial, it is currently expected to be 7 days, counted from checkout submission — not from when a bank transfer settles. The checkout page controls.

  • Setup preview clock

    Under Setup: a complete preview is due within 5 California business days of start. That clock belongs to Setup, not this product.

  • Hosting for launch

    Hosting for the live site starts when the preview is accepted or deemed accepted and that period’s hosting fee has cleared.

  • Then monthly

    After any trial, billing continues at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel under the Services Terms.

Keep the site reachable

  • The site and HTTPS

    We keep that realtor website reachable and provide HTTPS. While it is online, the public pages stay open.

  • Your content stays usable

    While hosting is active, the text, photos, and listings you entered stay usable. Paying for hosting does not transfer the admin, the template, or the source.

  • How to reach us

    Hosting questions go through the email we use with you.

Storage cap

  • Media and data

    Expected storage for this plan is about 1 GB of media and 500 MB of data. It does not reset each month.

Domain and launch

  • The domain is yours

    The domain is registered in your name. Registration and renewal are not this product.

  • Launch steps stay on the Setup page

    Launch still needs the nameserver steps on the Setup page. Paying hosting alone does not create a duty to launch.

Billing, cancellation, and the preview

  • Terms and checkout control

    Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Services Terms and the checkout page.

  • Unpaid hosting after preview

    If hosting is still unpaid thirty calendar days after the preview, the preview may be closed. Setup remains complete and the Setup Fee is not refunded.
