After the site is handed over
Realtor site guide
Open this page any time after the site is handed over. Each card covers one task: what a visitor sees on the page, the exact steps inside Admin, and which tasks can be handed to the site's AI assistant by pasting one prompt. Everything here matches what this site actually does; anything it cannot do is stated as such.

The same card can be done in Admin and by the AI. Use the chips to see one path.
How to add and publish a new property listing (Step-by-step)
How does a new property get onto the site? Does it arrive automatically from MLS?
Every listing is entered by hand. This site does not connect to MLS or IDX: listings never appear on their own and never update on their own.
Admin
- Open Content → Listings (the list of properties) and click Create New.
- Fill in the items shared by both languages.
- Under Marketing Copy, fill in the title, description, and selling points once per language — once in Chinese, once in English.
- Add photos under Media and open house times under Showings.
- Click Save Draft (saves without putting the change on the public site).
- Read both languages through in the private preview.
- Once both are correct, publish each language.
Shared by both languages
- Web address (the last part of the address)
- Status (Active / Pending / Sold / Off Market)
- Property Type
- Price
- Bedroom, bathroom, square footage and year figures
- Address

Create a new listing on this website from the details below. Save it as a draft. Do not publish. Fill in (these lines only):- Address: [Fill in: full address]- Price: [Fill in: digits only]- Status: [Fill in: Active / Pending / Sold / Off Market]- Property type: [Fill in: house / condo / townhouse / land / multi-family / commercial]- Bedrooms / bathrooms / interior area / lot size / year built / parking / monthly HOA: [Fill in multiline; if none, write "leave blank"]- Selling points: [Fill in multiline: three to six]- Open houses: [Fill in multiline; if none, write "leave blank"]- Photos: [Fill in multiline: already uploaded images, and which one is the cover] If [Fill in] is still blank, ask before writing anything. Do not invent. Where a line says "leave blank", leave that field empty. Do not estimate and do not infer from nearby properties.Write both languages unless the fill-in lines name only one. Fields to write into Admin:1. Web address — lower-case letters and hyphens, including the street and the city, for example 123-main-st-cupertino. One address, shared by both languages.2. Status and Property Type — as given in the fill-in lines. Both are shared by the two languages.3. Price — digits only, no currency symbol, no commas.4. Property facts — bedrooms, bathrooms, interior area, lot size, year built, parking, monthly HOA. Leave empty anything marked "leave blank".5. Address — as given in the fill-in lines.6. Title — one per language, naming the street or the neighborhood plus the single strongest selling point.7. Description — one per language; see the requirements below.8. Key features — one set per language, from the points given, each under twelve words, all phrased the same way within a set.9. Open houses — as given. If the line says "leave blank", do not add an open house.10. Photos — in the order given, with the first one as the cover.11. SEO title — one per language, 60 characters or fewer, including the street or neighborhood and the city.12. SEO description — one per language, 150 to 160 characters, covering the property type, size, price, and one selling point. Description requirements:- Open with two or three sentences saying plainly what the property is, where it is, and who it suits.- Break it into short sections, four lines or fewer each. Sections such as the house itself, the location and surroundings, and recent updates work well.- Put the selling points in a list rather than one dense paragraph.- Write only the facts given in the fill-in lines. Anything not given is left out.- Mention schools, commute times, or nearby amenities only if that information was given. If it was not, leave the section out entirely. Do not:- Do not invent square footage, year built, school assignments, renovation dates, what the HOA covers, or a sold price.- Do not write promises about investment returns or holding value.- Do not write anything about syncing with MLS or IDX.- Do not tick Hide Exact Address. That one can only be changed by a person in Admin.- Do not publish. Save Draft. When done, return:1. Both private preview links (Preview). These open only in the browser already signed in to Admin2. Exactly what was written into each field, and which fields were left empty for lack of information
