After the site is handed over
Realtor site guide
Open this page any time after the site is handed over. Each card covers one task: what a visitor sees on the page, the exact steps inside Admin, and which tasks can be handed to the site's AI assistant by pasting one prompt. Everything here matches what this site actually does; anything it cannot do is stated as such.

The same card can be done in Admin and by the AI. Use the chips to see one path.
How to write an article in both languages (Same entry, two languages)
Does an article in two languages mean two articles, or one article filled in twice?
One article, not two. Both languages are stored on the same article.
Admin
- Open Content → Blog Posts (the list of articles) and select the article.
- Use the language selector to switch to English and fill in the title, summary, and body; then switch to Simplified Chinese and fill in the same three.
- The web address, cover image, and category are shared by both languages. Fill those once; switching language does not require filling them again.
- Click Save Draft, read both languages through in the private preview, then publish each one.
An article can be published with only one language filled in. Anywhere the other language was left empty shows up empty on that language version of the page.
Copy-paste prompt for the AI
Fill these in, then copy. The copied text already has the values in it.
Complete the missing language on one article. Do not change a single word of the language already written. Fill in (these lines only):- Article web address: [Fill in]- Missing language: [Fill in: Simplified Chinese or English] If [Fill in] is still blank, ask before writing anything. Do not invent. Fields to complete:1. Title — one. Do not translate the existing title word for word. Write a title that reads naturally in this language, including the place and the topic.2. Summary — one short paragraph, 2 to 3 sentences, stating what the article answers and who benefits.3. Body — the whole article. Match the existing language section for section: same structure, same heading levels, same lists and tables. Do not drop a section and do not add one.4. SEO title — one, 60 characters or fewer, including the city or area name.5. SEO description — one, 150 to 160 characters. This language must read naturally on its own, not as a word-for-word translation. Use the names locals actually use in this language for places, streets, school districts, and institutions. Keep the original English name for any institution with no established name in the other language.Numbers, dates, addresses, square footage, prices, and school names must match exactly between the two languages. If a mismatch shows up, stop and report it rather than changing a number. If the existing language has a "Frequently asked questions" section, this language needs one too, question for question, each rewritten the way a person would search in this language rather than translated literally.Reuse exactly the same internal links as the existing language. Do not swap, add, or remove any.The web address, cover image, and category are shared by both languages. Leave all three alone. Do not:- Do not change the language already written.- Do not invent facts, numbers, or transactions that are not in the existing language.- Do not add new external links. Save Draft. Do not publish. When done, return:1. Both private preview links (Preview). These open only in the browser already signed in to Admin2. The full new title, summary, SEO title, and SEO description, plus a list of the body headings3. One sentence confirming the existing language was not changed
