After the site is handed over
Home health site guide
Open this page any time after the site is handed over. Each card covers one task: what a visitor sees on the page, the exact steps inside Admin, and which tasks can be handed to the site's AI assistant by pasting one prompt. Everything here matches what this home health site actually does; anything it cannot do is stated as such.

The same card can be done in Admin and by the AI. Use the chips to see one path.
Editing Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (Compliance responsibility)
Where do the privacy policy and terms of service get edited, and who is responsible for whether the wording is correct?
Admin
- Open System → Privacy Policy or Terms of Service.
- Pick the language, then edit the title and body text for that language. The body supports formatting: headings, lists, and links can all be added.
- Click Save Draft.
- Read all three languages through in the private preview.
- Publish each language.
Both pages always exist and cannot be switched off. What these two pages say, whether the wording is compliant, and whether a lawyer needs to review it are the site owner's responsibility. The website product provides the place to store and display the text. It does not provide legal advice and does not review the wording.
Copy-paste prompt for the AI
Fill these in, then copy. The copied text already has the values in it.
Put an already-approved legal text into the website. Save as a draft. Do not publish. Fill in (these lines only):- Which page: [Fill in: privacy policy or terms of service]- Approved English text: [Fill in multiline; if none, write "leave blank"]- Approved Traditional Chinese text: [Fill in multiline; if none, write "leave blank"]- Approved Spanish text: [Fill in multiline; if none, write "leave blank"] If [Fill in] is still blank, ask before writing anything. Do not invent. Copy the text exactly. Do not reword, condense, merge paragraphs, reorder clauses, or change punctuation.Formatting may be applied: turn the headings in the source into headings, turn enumerated items into lists, and make any existing links clickable. Formatting is not rewording.Where a language line says "leave blank", leave that language exactly as it is. Do not translate legal text.Change this one page only. Leave the other page alone.Click Save Draft when done. Do not publish. Publishing is a person's decision. Do not:- Do not change the meaning of any legal statement.- Do not add clauses, disclaimers, contact details, or dates that are not in the approved text.- Do not remove any clause from the existing text unless the approved text clearly no longer contains it.- Do not offer a judgment on whether the text is compliant. When done, return:1. All three private preview links (Preview) — one per language. These open only in the browser already signed in to Admin2. The full text before and after, paragraph by paragraph, so a person can check it word for word3. If the source text has an obvious gap while being copied — a blank effective date, a skipped clause number — report it rather than filling it in
