Messages from the Contact page: where are they read?
Anyone who submits the Contact form lands in Contact Inquiries.
Admin
1.Open Engagement → Contact Inquiries in the left menu.
2.Open a row to read it.
Fields stored: firstName, lastName, fullName (read-only, built from the two names), phone, email, message, locale, and status.
The public form collects one name line and splits it into first and last name on the way in. A company field on the public form is a spam trap and is not stored.
The AI assistant cannot read or change Contact Inquiries.
